Welcome to the registration portal for Neuro Coaches and Neuro-assistants (support workers). DECKACY connects families with highly trained, vetted professionals who use strengths-based, neuro-inclusive practice.

Building a Foundation of Strengths-Based Support: DECKACY is committed to strengths-based frameworks (such as the Dynamic Development Plan). We list only professionals who can demonstrate specialist, up-to-date training and verified DBS checks.
Who should apply?
- C Neuro Coach — Valid recognised Neuro Coach qualification (with certified neurodivergent module).
- A Neuro-assistant / Support Worker — Relevant certified neurodiversity support qualification.
Training assurance
We maintain a rigorous quality threshold. Qualifications that do not include a certified neurodivergent module focusing on best practice may be rejected. For coaches wanting an update, consider the Neuro Coach Neurodiversity Update at neurolearn.online.
Safeguarding & vetting
- DBS check (mandatory): You must provide a valid DBS check showing suitability to work with vulnerable people.
- Document verification: DECKACY will manually verify your qualification and DBS before approval.
After approval
When approved, your profile appears in the public directory, and you gain access to the Staff Portal Dashboard to manage work and payments.
Before you start — prepare these
- 1 Digital copy of your qualification certificate
- 2 Digital copy of your DBS certificate
- 3 Short bio (100–150 words)
- 4 Contact email used for verification
