DECKACY Annual Update Event
Reflecting on Progress and Community Impact
DECKACY invites community partners, educators, organisations and families to attend its Annual Update Event, held on Martin Luther King Jr Day. The evening provides an opportunity to reflect on achievements since the last annual event and to share progress across education, community support and neuro inclusive practice.
The event recognises the collective effort of organisations supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families, and highlights how collaboration continues to strengthen local and regional support pathways.
Key Developments and Speakers
The evening will include keynote contributions from George Matheson, CEO of DECKACY, June Abbott, CEO of Eco Fresh Laundry Hub, Lane Anthony, author and creator of the Dynamic Development Plan philosophy of education, and Doreen Sinclair McCollin, Headteacher of Elevated Futures Education.
Updates will include a new collaboration with Eco Fresh Laundry Hub, the launch of the Neuro Learn Online Register for qualified and safeguarded coaches, and the DECKACY Bursary for the NeuroCoach Training Programme.
